Part of the improved design of the Xtreme models is the addition of the updated comfort pad which is inserted into the base of the gaiter for added comfort, support, and suction power. The release valve has also been improved to allow the simple and easy one click attachment of the hose attachment and handball pump.
Due to the added pressure when using the handball pump, we recommend using the Xtreme for a maximum of 15 minutes per day. The Xtreme is incredibly powerful and has been specifically engineered for more advanced users. I’ve always been fascinated by the Bathmate, and just how much difference it could make. So I’ve finally decided to buy one. It came fast and efficiently.
The pump everything I expected and more, the opening is smooth so doesn’t hurt at all. It is very soft and I imagine would fit most men, the pump delivers a fantastic amount of pressure, and with the added bulb connected this can be ramped up to your heart’s desire.
