General Shipping Information
All orders are shipped discreetly from our warehouse in Broomfield, Colorado, in plain packaging with a benign return address. No one looking at your package will be able to find out what it contains.
Shipping Methods & Costs
Gentle Vibe ships all packages via the following carriers: UPS, FedEx, USPS. The charge for shipping your order is determined by your destination and the delivery time you have chosen. Our automated system calculates your shipping cost and displays shipping options for you at checkout. Standard shipping is free for domestic orders over $69.
Note: UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes - please use a physical address with these carriers.

Gentle Vibe currently ships to US, Canadian, and UK addresses only. We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO, Puerto Rico, Guam, or US Virgin Islands.
Order Fulfillment Time
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Please be aware we work very hard to get your order out as soon as possible – usually the next business day. You will receive an Shipping Confirmation email when your order is processed, which will include your tracking number(s). Please allow 24 hours for tracking number(s) to activate.
Note: Transit times are estimated by the carriers and not guaranteed. We cannot be responsible for service commitments by the carriers.
No orders will be processed during the following US holidays: New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, President's Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.
Product availability is displayed above the "Add to Cart" button on each individual product page. On rare occasions we may need to place an item on backorder. Backordered items usually take 3-10 business days to arrive in our warehouse and will be shipped as soon as we receive them.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable due to an error on your part (such as an incorrect address, missing apartment number, nobody available to receive the package etc.), we may attempt to reach you once the package has been returned. Undeliverable or refused packages that are returned to us still sealed with the original shipping tape, with the contents intact and in resalable condition will be refunded (excluding shipping fees). If the delivery problem is determined to be due to an error on the part of Gentle Vibe, we will replace or refund the order at our discretion.
Gentle Vibe is not responsible for lost/stolen packages with a confirmed delivery status from the carrier. If your package is lost prior to delivery, please let our Customer Service know as soon as possible. If the package is not delivered, we'll contact the carrier to investigate. Pending the results of the investigation we will replace your order.
Refused or returned orders can be reshipped once with additional shipping charges added. The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on restocked orders.
