Will the packaging be discreet? Will anyone be able to find out what's inside?
Your order will arrive in a secure plain container with no outside markings or branding. Your package will have no reference to its contents. Our return address is also benign. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more details.
Will it show on my credit card statement that I bought this sort of product?
Absolutely not. Your credit card statement will say "G.T. NOVELTIES" in the transaction description. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page.
What shipping methods do you use?
The carriers that we use include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Expedited shipping methods will use either UPS or FedEx.
What information do you collect when placing an order?
We collect your email address for emailing you an order confirmation; we do not share your email address with any third parties that will send you unwanted or spam mail. This email address is used solely for communication regarding orders or products between you (buyer) and us. Shipping address is collected for shipping purposes and is used between us and the selected carrier only. Billing information is collected for interoffice use only. Your billing information may only be disclosed to the issuing bank for verification purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy page.
What credit cards do you take?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
Can I pay with PayPal?
Yes, just select PayPal payment method on the Checkout page.
Can I call you and place an order over the phone?
No, we do not take orders over the telephone, please place your order online.
Can you ship to an address that is different from my billing address?
Yes. When placing an order you can choose a different shipping address on the Checkout page.
Can I get my order shipped to another country?
Currently we ship only within the Continental United States (includes Hawaii and Alaska), Canada, and UK. Please refer to our Shipping Policy page.
How do change my order after I received the order confirmation email?
We are unable to make changes to existing orders. Please double check everything before submitting your order.
Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
Some email service providers may mark our emails as Spam due to the nature of our business, please check your Junk Mail folder. Another possibility is that you may have mistyped your email address when filling out the order form. If you haven't received the order confirmation email please contact Customer Service. If you have an account with us you can see your entire order history on My Orders page.
I will be in your area, can I come in and pick up my order?
No, we do not have a walk in location for we are strictly an online business.
I haven't received my order yet, where is it?
You can always check the status of your order on the Order Lookup page. If you have an account with us you can see your entire order history on My Orders page.
How do I get a tracking number for my package?
Once your order ships you should receive an email with the tracking information. You can also find the order tracking information on the Order Lookup page. If you have an account with us you can go to My Orders page and find the tracking information there.
How can I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please contact Customer Service. If you have an account with us, go to My Support Tickets page and submit a Support Ticket. Please note that your order cannot be cancelled once it enters the processing stage.

How do I create an account with you?
Signing up for an account is free and easy. Simply fill out the required information on the Create New Customer Account page. You should then receive a welcome email explaining all the benefits of your account.
Can you send me a mail catalogue?
We do not mail printed catalogues for we are strictly an online business.
